Kabul (Kubha News) – The acting Minister of Justice of the Taliban government provided further clarification regarding the eviction of the residence and office of Gulbuddin Hekmatyar.

Abdul Hakim Sharae, speaking at a graduation ceremony of the Hadith course at “Madrasatul Adalat,” said that he (Hekmatyar) has moved to another house with respect and by his own will. Sharae, referring to recent tensions between the Taliban Ministry of Justice and Gulbuddin Hekmatyar and his son, says: “If you estimate this unrespect, then you don’t understand respect, your mind is not working.”

He apparently refers to recent posts by Habib Rahman Hekmatyar, Gulbuddin Hekmatyar’s son, and says: “Again you say ‘our party, our party.’ The directorate of political parties was removed of our ministry last year. Political parties have no place in this ministry. Mentioning the names of parties is a crime.”

Earlier, Habib Rahman Hekmatyar mentioned the nature of the peace agreement of the Islamic Party in several posts on his X page and also deemed the treatment of his father regarding the eviction of the house as incorrect.

After the Minister of Justice of the Taliban considered mentioning parties as a crime, Habib Rahman Hekmatyar wrote on his page: “Party” with a heart emoji with it.

The acting Minister of Justice of the Taliban government said during his speech that apparently their government does not operate in a legal vacuum.

He cited the Quran and Hadith as the basis of their government’s laws.
